What we collect
Only what we need to deliver your project: your name (or pseudonym), email, project brief, academic level, deadline, and payment confirmation from our processor. We do not request your student ID, university login, or government ID.
How we use it
To match you with a writer, deliver your project, process payment, and contact you about your order. We never sell personal data, and we never share it with your university.
Cookies & analytics
We use first-party cookies for session management and privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.
Data storage
Project files and chat history are stored encrypted at rest and deleted 30 days after delivery. Payment data is held by our PCI-DSS-compliant processor — not by us.
Your rights (PIPEDA)
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@thesishelp.ca. We respond within 30 days as required by PIPEDA.
Third parties
We use only the minimum vendors required: a payment processor, an email provider, and our anti-plagiarism partners. All are bound by data-processing agreements.
Children
Our service is for university-level students 18+ and is not directed at children under 13.
