Every ThesisHelp project is backed by a written money-back guarantee. If we fail the standards below, you get a full or partial refund — no arguments.

100% refund

We deliver later than the agreed deadline, the draft fails Turnitin (>5% similarity) or AI-detection checks, or the writer cannot be matched to your brief within 24 hours of payment.

Partial refund (up to 70%)

The draft requires major revisions outside the original brief and you choose to cancel rather than revise. The exact amount is based on how much usable work was delivered.

Free revisions

Unlimited free revisions for 30 days after delivery as long as the request is within the original brief and instructions.

Non-refundable cases

You change the brief mid-project and approve the revised quote, you fail to send promised source material on time, or the request was completed and approved more than 30 days ago.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@thesishelp.ca with your order number and a one-paragraph explanation. We respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
