1. What we provide
ThesisHelp.ca delivers original model theses, dissertation chapters, proposals, editing, and tutoring. Deliverables are intended as research aids, references, and learning materials.
2. Academic integrity
You are responsible for using our work in line with your university's academic integrity policy. Submitting our work as your own may violate that policy — we explicitly do not encourage it.
3. Eligibility
Services are for adults 18 years or older. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Pricing & payment
Pricing is per page and quoted before you confirm. Payment is required before writing begins and is processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider.
5. Revisions
Unlimited free revisions for 30 days after delivery, provided the request is within the original brief. New requirements may be quoted as additional work.
6. Refunds
See our full Refund Policy. In short: full refund if a draft is late, fails plagiarism or AI checks, or doesn't match the agreed brief after revisions.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the deliverable transfers to you. ThesisHelp retains no rights to publish or reuse your project.
8. Confidentiality
We never share your identity, university, or files with any third party. Writers and editors are bound by NDA.
9. Liability
Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the project in question. We are not liable for academic decisions made by your institution.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
